Weaving Point is a women entrepreneurship firm operating in Tanzania. It commenced in 2017, and has been sponsoring young girls to acquire artisan skills and later employs them upon graduating.
These employed young graduates from our training workshop, produces uniquely woven handmade textile clothes and home accessories using cotton, most of which is locally sourced.
The woven clothes and other home accessories are so unique in design, durable and of high quality. Nevertheless, Weaving Point has set up a fund to educate other young girls, committing 2% of each sold product for girls’ sponsorship.
We therefore, encourage customers to buy our products to enable us support more young girls attain their goals of being financially stable.
